Timothy Dominick, PT, DPT, MBA

Regional Physical Therapy Director

Timothy Dominick is a physical therapist with more than 20 years of experience helping people recover from injuries, manage pain, and get back to doing what they love. He earned his Doctorate and Master’s in Physical Therapy from Azusa Pacific University, completed an orthopedic residency, and has advanced training in manual therapy techniques. Tim also completed his MBA in Healthcare Administration in 2025, blending clinical expertise with leadership and strategic insight.

Over the years, Tim has worn a lot of hats – he’s run his own business, led teams in larger healthcare systems, and developed programs focused on injury prevention and workplace wellness. He’s known for creating supportive environments where both patients and teams thrive. Tim is also certified in ergonomics (CEAS I) and as a High Reliability Organization (HRO) Coach, and he continues to bring agile and lean thinking into healthcare delivery to improve outcomes and efficiency.

Tim believes that the best care starts with listening. He’s committed to clear communication, individualized treatment plans, and evidence-based care that meets people where they are. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, dealing with a chronic issue, or just wanting to move better and feel stronger, Tim’s goal is to help you feel confident, capable, and cared for every step of the way.

When he’s not at Creekside, he spends his free time with his wife and two boys, enjoys time in the yard, and tinkers with projects around his home.
