About Timothy Dominick
Tim Dominick is a Regional Physical Therapy Director with more than 20 years of experience helping people recover from injuries, manage pain, and get back to what they love. He earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy and a Master’s in Physical Therapy from Azusa Pacific University, completed an orthopedic residency and advanced manual therapy training, and added an MBA in Healthcare Administration in 2025. He is certified in ergonomics (CEAS I) and as a High Reliability Organization (HRO) Coach.
Over two decades, Tim has owned his own practice, led teams within larger healthcare systems, and developed injury-prevention and workplace-wellness programs. That combination of clinical depth and leadership shapes how he treats: thorough, communicative, and focused on lasting outcomes. His advanced manual therapy training makes him a go-to for neck, back, and complex orthopedic cases, and his ergonomics certification brings added expertise to work-related and repetitive-stress injuries.
