About this service

What is orthopedic rehab?

Our orthopedic rehab program treats injuries to the muscles, tendons, joints, and nerves throughout the body — low back pain and sciatica, neck pain, shoulder injuries, knee and hip pain, and elbow and hand problems. Whether the pain came from a single injury, surgery, an accident, or years of wear, our therapists combine hands-on techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain with progressive exercise programs that rebuild the strength and movement patterns you need to get back to normal life.

How we diagnose

Every orthopedic evaluation begins with listening. Your therapist takes a full history, screens your movement, and tests strength, flexibility, and joint mobility to find not just where it hurts but why. You leave the first visit understanding your diagnosis and with a personalized rehabilitation plan — including an individualized home exercise program to keep progress moving between sessions.

Treatment options

Treatments we offer

Pain is a signal, not the whole story. We find the source — a stiff joint, a weak link in the chain, a movement habit — and address that, so relief lasts instead of returning. Treatment pairs hands-on manual therapy with evidence-based, movement-driven exercise tailored to your goals.

Manual therapy
Hands-on joint mobilization and soft-tissue techniques to restore mobility and reduce pain.
Therapeutic exercise
Progressive, individualized programs that rebuild strength, flexibility, and range of motion.
Movement & postural retraining
Correcting the movement and posture patterns that drive recurring back, neck, and shoulder pain.
Blood flow restriction (BFR) training
Build strength with lighter loads when a painful or healing joint can’t tolerate heavy resistance yet.
Pain-relief modalities
Targeted use of heat, ice, and other modalities to manage pain so you can move and progress.
Home exercise program
A structured plan to improve strength and range of motion between visits and maintain gains after discharge.
